Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using losangelspartybusrentals.com, requesting a quote, or booking a vehicle with Los Angeles Party Bus Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The person who books the ride is the client and is responsible for the group, the vehicle, and all amounts due. If you book for someone else, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these terms.

2. Quotes and bookings

A website quote request is not a confirmed reservation. Rates, vehicle type, pickup time and itinerary are confirmed only when we send a booking confirmation and any required deposit is received.

• Quotes are based on the date, hours, passenger count, pickup area and vehicle you give us
• Availability can change until the booking is confirmed
• We may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle if the requested unit is down or unavailable
• A minimum number of hours may apply, especially on weekends, holidays and peak event dates

3. Rates, deposits and payment

Pricing is quoted per trip. Unless your confirmation says otherwise:

• A deposit may be required to hold the date
• The remaining balance is due as stated on your confirmation, typically before or at pickup
• Gratuity for the chauffeur may be extra unless it is already included in the quote
• Overtime, extra stops, extra miles, parking, venue fees, wait time and holiday surcharges may be billed in addition to the base rate
• We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice or by the office

Unpaid balances can delay or cancel the trip. The client remains responsible for the full amount due.

4. Cancellations and changes

Tell us as soon as you need to change or cancel. Deposit and cancellation rules are those stated on your confirmation. If no separate policy is listed:

• Changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability
• Late reductions in hours or passenger count may not reduce the quoted price
• No-shows, or groups that are not ready within a reasonable window after the scheduled pickup, may be treated as a completed trip and charged in full
• We may cancel for unsafe weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or if the group violates these terms. If we cancel for reasons in our control, we will refund amounts paid for the unused trip or rebook you

5. Vehicles, hours and itinerary

Rental time starts at the scheduled pickup and ends when the vehicle is released back to us at the last drop-off, unless your confirmation uses a different clock. Overtime is billed at the overtime rate we quote, in the increments we use (often by the hour or half hour).

• Passenger count cannot exceed the legal capacity of the vehicle
• Itineraries must be legal and reachable in the reserved time, including traffic
• The chauffeur may refuse unsafe, illegal or impossible routing (for example, roads the vehicle cannot enter)
• Photos on the website are examples of our fleet. The exact unit sent is the one named in your confirmation, or a comparable substitute

6. Passenger conduct

Everyone in the group must follow the chauffeur’s instructions and California law. We may end the trip immediately, with no refund, if passengers:

• Threaten, harass or assault the chauffeur or the public
• Interfere with driving or open doors while the vehicle is moving
• Carry weapons, illegal drugs or fireworks
• Smoke, vape or use open flames (including sparklers) inside the vehicle
• Stand on seats, hang out of windows or sunroofs, or otherwise create a safety risk

The client is responsible for underage passengers. Prom, homecoming and similar trips may require a parent or designated adult contact.

7. Alcohol, cleanliness and damage

Alcohol is only allowed if it is legal for every person drinking and the chauffeur has not prohibited it for that trip. We do not provide alcohol. Glass, red liquids and messy foods may be restricted.

• Do not leave trash, vomit, glitter, confetti bombs or stains that need extra cleaning
• Excessive cleaning may be billed to the client
• The client is responsible for damage to the vehicle, upholstery, lighting, TV, bar, windows and equipment caused by the group
• Lost-and-found items are held for a limited time; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle

8. Liability and disclaimers

We provide professional chauffeured transportation. We do not guarantee arrival times. Los Angeles traffic, venue delays, road closures and weather are outside our control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Our liability for a trip is limited to the amount you paid us for that trip
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed events, tickets or venue fees
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow us to limit, including for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct where that limit is prohibited

Website content, fleet photos and videos are for general information. They are not a warranty that a specific feature, layout or lighting package will be on every vehicle.

9. Website use

You may not scrape, copy or misuse the site, our logos, photos or videos without permission. Quote forms must be used for genuine transportation requests. We may block abusive traffic.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

If a court finds one section unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, your confirmation and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement for website use and the booked trip, unless you signed a separate charter contract — in that case the signed contract controls for that trip.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms in place when you confirmed, except where the law requires otherwise.
